Hear From Our Clients

Outstanding experience working with Martha Howard. As a first-time landlord, I appreciated her professionalism, market expertise, and the high-quality tenants she was able to secure quickly. The entire process was seamless and handled with a high level of care and attention to detail.

We bought a house using Susan and her team services and I was impressed firstly by the fact that no effort was sparred to find out what our needs are, and secondly by how efficient Susan was in filling our needs. Excellent communication!
Buying a house is stressful, but Susan succeeded to make the process comfortable! Thank you!

Patti and the Chell Team did an excellent job selling our home. Patti gave us great advice about how to prepare our property for sale and it sold quickly and very close to asking price. Highly recommended!

We had to sell my Dads house of 68 years and really had no clue as to where to start. The Chell Team was able to help us from recommendations on the painting, cleanup, landscaping, staging and finally with the timing of the listing. Susan and Patti were there every step of the way, to help and guide us through. What could have been an emotional roller coaster, turned out to be a walk in the park! Thank you Susan and Patty and Team Chell!
