The MLSThe multiple listing service (MLS) is Canada’s largest and most trusted database of real estate listings. Available through realtor.ca, it makes searching for homes simple.

The Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) – Find information about open houses, listings, and more on the Ottawa Real Estate Board’s website.

Land Transfer Tax Information – Details about land transfer taxes in Ontario can be found on the Ministry of Finance website. You can also use the land transfer calculator on OREB’s site.

Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) – CMHC is Canada’s housing authority. It serves many functions, which include providing mortgage insurance.

You can learn more about local schools and the high-quality of education they offer using the Ottawa community resources below.

Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) – Find out more about OCDSB’s 143 schools, which include 113 elementary options (with two special education sites), 25 secondary options, and five secondary alternate sites.

Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB)OCSB is a publicly-funded separate school board that operates 82 schools in the Greater Ottawa Area.

Ottawa French Public School Board (CEPEO)The Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario, also known as CEPEO, is the public school board responsible for French language education in Eastern Ontario, including Ottawa.

Ottawa French Catholic School Board (CECCE)The CECCE (or Centre-East French Catholic School Board) is Ontario’s largest French language school board. It operates 41 elementary schools, 10 high schools, and a school for adults.
