Excellent experience with Patti and the Chell team! Patti managed the sale of my mother’s estate with professionalism and care. She took time with me during a very stressful time, providing sound advice and closed the sale very quickly. Very grateful to have met and worked with Patti!

Working with Susan and team, both from the buying and selling perspective over the past few months, has been an entirely smooth experience. I have appreciated her responsiveness and deep knowledge of the neighbourhood. I recommend her and her team without hesitation.

Mrs. Patti Brown was simply amazing in helping me purchase my first home. From our initial consultation to the closing, she was kind, respectful, informative, helpful, patient and gave great advice, suggestions and resources to help me navigate the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

We have only phenomenal positives to say about the Chell team. We knew about their immense experience in the Ottawa community and sought them out to help us find a home after the birth of our 3rd child. Not only were we provided exceptional counselling regarding the purchase process for our new home but we were also able to find the perfect buyer for our old home. To our relief they loved everything we had made of that house and our community of neighbours. It was altogether a seamless process of buying our new home, expert direction in preparing our well loved house, and selling to a truly appreciative couple who will lovingly care for the house in the years to come… and Susan and her team did it all in just two weeks!

Working with Patti Brown was an exceptional experience from start to finish. She brought professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care to every step of the process. Patti took the time to understand our needs and priorities to help us navigate important decisions with confidence and clarity. What stood out most was Patti’s commitment to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was consistently proactive and detail-oriented. She was available to answer questions and offer advice. Beyond her expertise, Patti is genuinely invested in her clients’ success. Working with Patti felt like having a seasoned advocate and best friend at your side. I would highly recommend Patti Brown to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients.

My husband and I recently had the privilege of working with the Chell Team to purchase a home. Our real estate broker, Patti, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and organized. She was also very patient as we adjusted to a challenging local market. No detail was overlooked and we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend.
