Patti and Susan established their professional collaboration in 2005, and their business relationship has flourished since then. Patti prides herself on the shared Chell Team values of integrity and honesty and her commitment to long-lasting, client relationships. 

As a licensed Realtor® since 2003, Patti is regularly inspired to ensure that every client has a positive real estate experience.   Her superpower is her ability to listen attentively and understand her client’s unique needs; she goes beyond the transaction to cultivate meaningful and fruitful client relationships that meet or exceed client expectations.   Patti vividly recalls a client who, during the purchase of her first home, was experiencing a lot of trepidation but found solace in Patti’s supportive guidance. As that client aptly put it, “Patti took me under her wing.”

West Ottawa holds a special place in Patti’s heart, it’s where she lives and where she supports local businesses and charitable causes.  Family however is where her true heart lies.  She is the proud mother of two and a doting grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren.
