Hear From Our Clients

Patti Brown provided exemplary service to us during our house hunting trip. We were coming from out of province. Her attention to detail, coupled with her knowledge of Ottawa and the surrounding areas was invaluable.

If you are looking for a Realtor, run – don’t walk – to Susan Chell. The Susan Chell team are part of the neighbourhood and part of the community, and they know how to help you find the perfect buyer or the perfect home. I bought my house from Susan 11 years ago, and knew there was only one person I’d confidently choose when it was time to sell. And sell it did – in only 5 days! Susan and Patti have an amazing depth of knowledge and breadth of expertise culminating from years of experience, and most importantly – years of caring. Their warm and calming manner, and patient explanation of their holistic approach to help me meet my goals, gave me both comfort and confidence in what is normally a very stressful time. Susan’s advice and guidance, and always helpful team, allowed me to focus on effectively preparing to sell my house without becoming overwhelmed. Throughout the process, Susan kept me apprised of showings and feedback – and I knew that my home was in good hands. Susan doesn’t just do her job very well, she shares the experience, shares your concerns, shares your enthusiasm, and sincerely wants what is best for you. Thank you, Susan – for everything!!

We were so impressed with Patti’s patience and persistence in helping us find a new home. When we found our home, Patti worked hard to provide us with everything we needed to make an informed decision and present a strong offer. She was always professional, quick at returning calls and emails, and transparent in her communication.

We want to thank Susan and her team for providing us with excellent support and advice in both preparing and selling our home. Throughout the process, Susan and her staff were both professional and personable. Fortunately, we took Susan’s advice about staging our home and it was well worth the effort. Susan is clearly an exceptional real estate agent and, as a result, we received multiple offers and, in the end, sold our house for considerably over the asking price.

We strongly felt that Patti always had our best interest at heart. She was a true advocate for us which is so important for first time home buyers. Her experience and professionalism were all delivered with a warm and personal touch.

We highly recommend Susan Chell and her team. We have relied on them to both purchase and sell residences – in both situations their patience, expertise, and support were invaluable.
