Hear From Our Clients

We’ve worked with many realtors over 30 years — many great ones, and some who we’d count as friends. But Susan Chell and Patti Brown are in a league of their own. Totally focused on their clients’ needs, extremely responsive, patient and full of integrity. They know Ottawa’s neighborhoods, they understand the market, and most of all, they worked hard to provide the services and supports we needed to make our decisions. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home anytime.

A great team that provided the best service both through tools provided to us to watch the Ottawa market from our out-of-town location, and the on-the-ground work done for us to land the property that met our needs.

Patti and Susan were amazing to work with. They were very patient and helped guide us towards the right decision – making sure we found the house that checks all our boxes! They were great at navigating the very difficult process of buying and selling in this market and during Covid times. We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Susan and her team were great for both the purchase of our new townhouse and the sale of our old condo. She was a steady, thorough hand throughout both processes, responsive with good advice. Very professional and frank. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susan and use her in future.

Patti Brown is an amazing agent. Dedicated, competent, easy to work with, and she really cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough.

Susan recently helped us with the purchase of a beautiful home in Ottawa. We appreciated her guidance and advice throughout the process. We highly recommend Susan and her team!
