It has taken me almost a week to write this and I still am at a loss for words. I think WOW (the good kind) is the best way to describe our whole experience. WOW to the customer service! There was not one time I emailed Patti that I did not get a VERY quick response and trust me there were tons of emails. I was very nervous and stressed out trying to prep to sell with two toddlers but Patti talked me down multiple times. WOW to the set up and video. Patti came and transformed my bedroom in 10 mins or less along with adding little accents around the home and I barely recognized it. The video was awesome. I think I watched it on repeat 100 times. We were very impressed! Finally WOW to how quick our house sold and the price. Ours jaws are still dropped. Our coming soon ad came out on Wednesday and by Monday BEFORE even listed it sold for 100,000 over asking with NO conditions. Did I mention our jaws are dropped? I think it not only blew us away but my whole neighbourhood.We HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Patti

Susan Chell and Sarah Toll deserve 5 stars. They met with us immediately and accommodated our schedule easily. While working with them, we learned of a “secret listing” that was not yet on MLS and was undoubtedly going to be very popular. They both kept this information to themselves despite others coming to them for information. When we learned that the inspector who evaluated the home we were going to offer on also evaluated the same home for another couple, Sarah and Susan called him immediately to ensure that none of our information was shared and to tell him they do not approve of the practice. In general, I would say that these are the first ethical real estate agents we have worked with. Strongly recommend.

My wife Megan and I are originally from Ottawa.
