It has taken me almost a week to write this and I still am at a loss for words. I think WOW (the good kind) is the best way to describe our whole experience. WOW to the customer service! There was not one time I emailed Patti that I did not get a VERY quick response and trust me there were tons of emails. I was very nervous and stressed out trying to prep to sell with two toddlers but Patti talked me down multiple times. WOW to the set up and video. Patti came and transformed my bedroom in 10 mins or less along with adding little accents around the home and I barely recognized it. The video was awesome. I think I watched it on repeat 100 times. We were very impressed! Finally WOW to how quick our house sold and the price. Ours jaws are still dropped. Our coming soon ad came out on Wednesday and by Monday BEFORE even listed it sold for 100,000 over asking with NO conditions. Did I mention our jaws are dropped?
