Susan Chell and her team certainly deserve high praise for their service, professionalism and patience. From beginning to end they guided us through the sale of our house. Thanks to their expertise, our house sold in less than a week for well above our asking price. Well done ladies!

Patti found the home that was just right for us. Her dedication and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Sold my uncle’s home and was extremely pleased with Susan’s services. From day 1, she gave great recommendations and advice. The sale went through well above asking; she was extremely responsive to questions and concerns; and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Could not recommend her more highly.

Susan and her team were fantastic. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and my area in particular. Susan has assembled a team that demonstrated their willingness to work to achieve what I wanted and were excellent at communicating and explaining all stages of the process. They made the overall selling experience far less stressful than I expected. I would gladly work with Susan and her team again in the future.
