Hear From Our Clients

Peter and I were so impressed and delighted with the level of service and the expertise that Susan and her team provided. We benefited greatly from Susan’s years of experience and her strategic recommendations. The process was smooth and our sale was so quick. The best agent and best experience we’ve ever had selling a home.

This is the second time Susan and Patti have helped us to sell our homes (2011 and 2019). Both times our expectations were far exceeded, with over asking offers. We can’t recommend Susan enough – she knows the homes, she knows the other realtors and really takes the time to walk you through the process. The second time selling was even a little more tricky as we had already moved out of province but Susan and her team have done a great job to make it all work smoothly (including managing several feet of snow). We highly recommend Susan and wish she was here to help guide us through the purchase of our third home! You are in excellent hands with Susan and her team. Thank you so much!

We recently retained Susan Chell to act as our sales agent on the sale of my mother’s home.  Susan demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of the marketplace and the real estate industry.  Her professionalism, competence, sound and timely advice and most of all her ability to respond quickly, effectively and expertly to situations as they arose was most impressive.  Additionally, Susan’s calm and confident demeanour gave us great confidence and made the whole experience very pleasant.  We hope to engage Susan when it is time for us to sell our own home.

Throughout these transactions, Susan was extremely professional as an agent, and truly represented our best interests.  Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, her pleasant demeanour made the whole experience a memorable one.  Anyone would be lucky to have Susan as their representative.

The entire Chell team made selling our house a smooth and pleasant experience. Susan was warm, and friendly and knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. We could not have been happier working with her! She remained upbeat and confident every step of the way and assisted us with the staging process and created a top notch marketing package for our home resulting in a successful sale. We would highly recommend The Chell team to anyone selling or buying a house. They are the ultimate professionals!

Susan and her team did a phenomenal job in finding us a new home and selling our current home in just five days for over asking. We highly recommend Susan Chell to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for all your hard work.
