Patti made our first home purchase as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. She helped us solidify our requirements and offered guidance in every aspect of the home purchase process. We highly recommend her services if you are looking for a home in Ottawa.

Susan and her team are superstars. Their approach to selling our house was thorough and professional, a testament to their years of experience and knowledge of the market. Susan’s calm guidance helped ease us smoothly through the entire selling process and achieved the result we were hoping for. It was truly a pleasure working with the Chell Team.

We were extremely impressed with Patti Brown of The Chell Team, who was our agent for the purchase of a home in Stittsville. Patti was very knowledgeable, helping us with many of the fine details of house buying. She also gave us an immediate response to any of our requests, a very vital part of house buying. Above all, Patti was very honest, such that we felt throughout the entire process that she was working in our best interests. I most definitely would use the Chell team again!

We were in a time crunch to sell our home having put a conditional offer on a property dependent on the sale of our home. Susan and her team recognized our urgency and executed a fast turnaround while producing the most amazing video and the pictures, well, wow! we were so impressed by the marketing product they produced. Our house went up for sale one day and was sold the next day with multiple offers significantly exceeding the listing price. Our neighbors of 35 years could not get over how fast it sold and we give the entire credit to her marketing, networking and professional skills. She has made her mark in Wesboro and we will continue to recommend the Chell Team.

I recently worked with Patti to both sell one home and then quickly purchase a new one. The sale of the house was a breeze. The terrific work done by Patti, Susan and her team to prepare the home made the house look fantastic and it sold very quickly and at an excellent price. Patti listened attentively to my and my family’s needs for a new home. Her expert knowledge of the area lead us to the perfect home and in an area I had not previously considered. Thanks again to the entire Chell Team but especially Patti. Selling and buying homes in this market could have been extremely stressful but instead the whole process was a pleasure.
