I was working with short deadlines but they were so professional that we got a very good price despite the rush.
The Susan Chell team works – if you are willing – with a professional stager, who asked us to move things around, remove some things, etc. Taking her advice was a good idea. We were not selling the house to ourselves, after all, but to others. The team also videotaped the house so people would get a sense of what it would look like walking through it. I am sure that their strategic decisions greatly increased the number of showings. What I have learned: The market is not the only thing that determines what a house is worth. A great sales team helps.
