Susan Chell and Sarah Toll deserve 5 stars. They met with us immediately and accommodated our schedule easily. While working with them, we learned of a “secret listing” that was not yet on MLS and was undoubtedly going to be very popular. They both kept this information to themselves despite others coming to them for information. When we learned that the inspector who evaluated the home we were going to offer on also evaluated the same home for another couple, Sarah and Susan called him immediately to ensure that none of our information was shared and to tell him they do not approve of the practice. In general, I would say that these are the first ethical real estate agents we have worked with. Strongly recommend.

My wife Megan and I are originally from Ottawa. When we moved to Kingston Ontario for work, we always had it in the back of our minds that we wanted to one day return to Ottawa; a community that we call home.
