We recently sold my mother’s property with Susan and her team. From the very first meeting, Susan was so helpful and accommodating. Her team provided us with a market analysis and comparables to help us understand what we might expect in a sale. It was very informative and instructive, and made the whole process much more predictable. We received very good advice about how to show the property, as vindicated by the quick offers and closing price. Even down to suggesting a real estate lawyer for the sale transaction, everything went smoother than we could have hoped.
